Andy is now a veteran defender who readily admits that he has at best only a couple of seasons left to go. Following that it is his hope that he will be able to put something back into the game, with perhaps a position coaching juniors which might give him a "leg up" into a managerial postion in the future. In the meantime Andy has managed to prove that there is no substitute for an "old head", particularly amongst so many juniors, and he regularly commands a position in the starting line-up.
