Wayne is an enthusiastic winger and is quite impressive. He brings great speed and solid fundamentals to the pitch, which shows his potential due to strong mental decision and reasoning. Having broken into Steve Kember's Reserves he was quickly elevated to the First team squad, and seems quite capable.
