Hayden made his First Team debut last season. Today it would be impossible to imagine the Eagles without him. His play in midfield and his ability to latch on to the loose ball in goal scoring situations have earned him an International spot as well as other clubs' attention. The management would do well to put a multi million price tag on him, as without Hayden, the side would be much the poorer. His value in years to come will be proved as time passes, but his development to date has been most impressive.
